Finishing Manager - Student Accommodation
Location: Dundee
Rate: Negotiable
Duration: Temporary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a student accommodation project in Dundee.
This role is focused on managing the final stages of the build, ensuring works are completed to a high standard and ready for handover. This is not a snagging role.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the finishing phase of the project.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors.
Ensure high-quality finishes throughout.
Monitor programme and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain health & safety standards on site.
Liaise with the Project Manager and site team to ensure a smooth completion.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Finishing Manager on residential or student accommodation projects.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Strong eye for quality and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to drive the programme through to completion.
