Are you a driven Site Manager keen to take on a new development in the Edinburgh region?
We are delighted to present another exciting Site Manager opportunity within the housing industry as signs of life return to the market. This role represents a promising opportunity for anyone in the region looking to showcase their talent and produce quality homes and really put their mark on their own development.
Reporting to a Contracts Manager, your typical day-to-day site duties will include:
* Management of all site activity day-to-day (labour and subcontractor coordination).
* Responsibility for driving the programme and delivering quality products for customers.
* Providing first-class customer service throughout walkarounds/ handovers.
* All health and safety and NHBC – related activity on site.
* Proactive mentoring of Assistant Site Manager on site.
We are looking for candidates who are goal focused, methodical thinkers, have a passion for delivering a 1st class product and enjoy maintaining a spotless site compound!
A proven track record delivering new build homes is a must given the nature and pace of this role. Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates are also required for this role.
