Finishing Manager - Student Accommodation
Location: Dundee
Rate: Negotiable

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a student accommodation project in Dundee.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all internal finishing trades through to project completion.
Drive programme, quality and productivity across the finishing phase.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme.
Oversee quality control and prepare areas for handover.
Liaise with the Project Manager and client throughout the final stages.
Accommodation (digs) provided for the duration of the project.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Finishing Manager on residential or student accommodation projects.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality finishes to programme.
