Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out projects, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Fit-Out Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades.
- Coordinate and oversee the installation of fit-out elements.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety inspections.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures on-site.

Qualifications:

- SMSTS/FIRST AID/CSCS
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
