Site Manager - Hotel Refurbishment
Location: Leeds
Start Date: Dec 2026
Duration: 12 weeks
Rate: £300 per day
I'm working with a contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a hotel refurbishment project in Leeds.
The Role:
Managing the day-to-day running of the site and coordinating subcontractors.
Overseeing refurbishment works across guest bedrooms, communal areas and reception.
Managing internal finishes, including flooring, decoration, joinery and bathroom upgrades.
Coordinating M&E works and ensuring all trades are working to programme.
Monitoring quality, health and safety and overall site progress.
Managing snagging and ensuring the project is completed to a high standard.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience managing hotel, hospitality or commercial refurbishment projects.
Experience working in occupied or live environments would be beneficial.
