A reputable construction company is seeking a freelance Site Manager for a 3-month assignment beginning on July 29th.
Job Duties:
The Site Manager will oversee roofing and fire alarm projects at schools in the Nottingham area.
Required Qualifications:
Valid SMSTS certification, CSCS card, and First Aid training are mandatory.
Full UK Driving License, own vehicle and PPE required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in site management within the construction industry, with a focus on roofing and/or fire alarm projects.
Knowledge and Skills:
Proven expertise in site management, particularly in overseeing roofing and fire alarm installations. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
Working Conditions:
