Site Manager - Office Fitout
Location: Cambridge
Start Date: Jan 2027
Duration: 12 weeks
Rate: £300 per day
I'm working with a commercial interiors contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an office fitout project in Cambridge.
The Role:
Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the fitout.
Coordinating subcontractors and managing site labour.
Overseeing CAT A/CAT B internal fitout works.
Managing partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring, decoration and M&E installations.
Monitoring programme, quality assurance and health and safety.
Liaising with the Project Manager and client throughout the works.
Managing the project through to completion and handover.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience managing commercial office fitout projects.
SMSTS.
CSCS card.
First Aid.
Strong understanding of CAT A/CAT B fitout works and subcontractor coordination
