Site Manager - Hotel Refurbishment
Location: Southampton
Start Date: Dec 2027
Duration: 10 weeks
Rate: £280 per day
I'm working with a contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a hotel refurbishment project in Southampton.
The Role:
Managing daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors.
Overseeing refurbishment works across guest rooms, corridors and communal areas.
Managing flooring, decoration, joinery, bathroom upgrades and associated M&E works.
Coordinating labour, deliveries and subcontractor activities.
Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with the agreed programme.
Monitoring quality, managing snagging and overseeing final handover.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience managing hotel, hospitality or commercial refurbishment projects.
SMSTS.
CSCS card.
First Aid.
Strong organisational and subcontractor management skills.
