Description:
I'm looking for a Site Manager for a project in Social Housing Properties on a retrofit contract in Rickmansworth and Harrow for the next year which may lead to a perm position if wanted
The Site Manager will be expected to:
Manage tradespeople
Manage the current works and these include (Solar PV + Storage Heaters + Dmev Ventilation + Loft Insulation)
Collect evidence and site inspections Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Site Manager that has:
Site Managing experince on a retrofit contract
Must understand PAS 2030 compliance requirements including collating evidence, site inspections
Site Managing Certs And in return, the Site Manager will receive:
£250 per day
Van & Fuel Card
