Description:

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager for a residential refurbishment project in Liverpool. The candiate must be able to supervise all aspects of the project and organisie sub-contractors to carry out the works to a high standard.

Role:
• Work alongside Project Manager & Site Team.
• Responsible for ensuring that trades and subcontractors complete works to a high standard to completion.
• Delegating/Managing trades and sub-contractors.
• Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety and environmental standards.
• Liaise with other department managers and other members of the construction team.
• Maintain weekly site progress Diary

Requirements:
• Experience working as a Site Manager with a main contarctor on residential refurbishment projects.
• Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational capabilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
