Freelance Site Manager – High-End Office Fit-Out
Bristol
12-Week Contract
Immediate Start Available
We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-end office fit-out project in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a prestigious commercial refurbishment, managing the project through to successful completion over a 12-week programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of site operations
* Coordination and supervision of subcontractors
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards
* Managing site logistics and sequencing of trades
* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety inspections
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
* Monitoring progress and reporting to the Project Manager
* Managing snagging and handover activities
Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering high-end commercial office fit-out projects
* Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and refurbishment works
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to drive programme and maintain high-quality finishes
* Available to start immediately or at short notice
