SITE MANAGER – 2 WEEK HOLIDAY COVER
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide 2 weeks’ holiday cover on a live internal refurbishment project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal refurbishments and previous experience managing projects worth half a million pounds.
The role will involve:
* Managing the day-to-day running of the site
* Coordinating subcontractors and site operatives
* Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard
* Managing site logistics, deliveries and access
* Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and the client
* Monitoring quality and workmanship
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
* Keeping the project moving and dealing with any issues that arise during the cover period
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager
* Strong background in internal refurbishment
* Experience managing a half-million-pound project
* Confident managing multiple trades and subcontractors
* Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Able to take responsibility for a live project and work independently
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
