Freelance Site Manager - Office Refurbishment
Location: Norwich
Rate: £280-£300 per day
Duration: 10-12 Weeks
We are recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an office refurbishment project in Norwich.
The ideal candidate will come from a commercial fit out and refurbishment background, with experience managing internal refurbishment packages, coordinating multiple subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site.
Supervising subcontractors and coordinating trades.
Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings and specifications.
Monitoring progress and driving the programme.
Managing health and safety across the site.
Completing site documentation, RAMS and toolbox talks.
Reporting progress and any issues to the wider project team.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Manager within fit out and refurbishment.
Commercial office refurbishment experience.
Strong subcontractor management skills.
Ability to manage programmes and site logistics.
SMSTS.
CSCS Card.
First Aid qualification.
