Description:

Site Supervisor / Site Manager
Major Streetscape & Infrastructure Project | Immediate Start | 2-Month Contract

Not every project gives you the chance to leave a lasting mark on a busy urban environment.

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / General Foreman to join the final stages of a high-profile streetscape and infrastructure scheme. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on managing site operations, coordinating teams, and driving work safely through to completion.

This isn't about setting out or complex engineering calculations. It's about being the person on site who understands what's required, keeps everything moving, maintains high standards, and ensures everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.

The Project
The scheme is entering its final phase and involves:

Complex streetscape and public realm works
Significant excavation activities
Traffic management coordination
Pedestrian interface and stakeholder considerations
Multi-disciplinary infrastructure works
Delivering quality finishes in a live environment

With approximately two months remaining, we're seeking someone who can hit the ground running and help lead the project over the finish line.

What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who:

Has experience supervising civil engineering, infrastructure or public realm projects
Can confidently manage daily site activities and subcontractors
Understands safe systems of work and site compliance requirements
Can coordinate operations in busy, live environments
Takes ownership of quality, programme and productivity
Leads by example and communicates effectively with site teams

You do not need to be a Site Engineer or possess strong technical engineering capabilities. Strong site leadership, organisation and practical construction knowledge are what matter most.

Working Pattern

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
Weekend work likely (approximately 8:00am – 3:00pm)
Occasional night shifts may be required

What's On Offer?

Initial 2-month contract with immediate impact
Opportunity to deliver a challenging, high-profile infrastructure scheme
Accommodation provided where required for the right candidate
Competitive rate available

Interested?

If you're a supervisor who enjoys taking ownership, leading teams and delivering challenging infrastructure projects safely and efficiently, we'd like to hear from you.
