Freelance Site Manager - Commercial Office Fit Out
Location: Birmingham
Rate: £280-£300 per day
Duration: 12-16 Weeks
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a commercial office fit out project in Birmingham.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial fit out and refurbishment, with previous experience managing office projects from site set-up through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day running of the site.
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities.
Driving the programme and ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Carrying out site inspections and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Managing site paperwork, RAMS, inductions and toolbox talks.
Liaising with the project team and reporting on progress.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Manager within the fit out and refurbishment sector.
Strong commercial office fit out experience.
Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
SMSTS.
CSCS Card.
First Aid qualification.
