Working for one of the UK's leading contractors operating both in the UK and Worldwide, they operate across a number of sectors including building, infrastructure, housing and maintenance.

Your new role Site Manager required to join a major construction project, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of demolition, enabling works, and external packages through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project and play a key role in managing complex works within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all demolition and enabling works packages, ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
Oversee external works
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Monitor programme performance and proactively address any delays or risks.
Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team to ensure successful package delivery.
Manage temporary works, logistics, and interfaces between internal and external trades.
