Our client is a leading UK main contractor with a turnover exceeding £700 million and a strong national presence. Over the past 25 years, they have built long-standing client relationships, resulting in a substantial secured order book and a strong pipeline of projects nationwide.
This opportunity sits within a well-established business unit operating across London and the South, delivering a wide range of refurbishment, remediation, retrofit, and building safety projects across both the public and private sectors. Their client base includes local authorities and housing associations, with projects spanning residential, student accommodation, and regeneration schemes.

The Role
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of cladding and fire remediation projects across North London.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations on cladding and remediation schemes
* Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
* Managing subcontractors, site teams, and programme delivery
* Coordinating works in line with project timelines and budgets
* Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
* Driving a proactive approach to problem solving and risk management
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on cladding, façade, or building safety remediation projects
* Strong knowledge of current building safety regulations and compliance
* Experience working on occupied residential schemes is highly desirable
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid qualified
* Stable career history with main contractors or reputable specialists
