Site Manager - Refurbishment & Cladding - Newbury - £255-£295 p/d CIS –
Immediate Start
THE ROLE
Site Manager required immediately for a £700k heritage refurbishment project in Newbury town centre. This role involves external cladding replacement on a prominent legacy building and offers 2 months' secure work with a respected contractor, paying £275- £295 per day CIS (DOE).
* Start Date: Monday 27th (Immediate Start)
* Duration: 2 months
* Location: Newbury High Street, Berkshire
* Project Value: £700k
* Rate: £275-£295 per day CIS (DOE)
* Working Pattern: Monday-Saturday
Previous experience on refurbishment, restoration, façade, cladding or heritage projects is highly desirable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the day-to-day running of the site
* Coordinate subcontractors and site activities
* Ensure works are delivered safely on programme and to a high standard
* Maintain excellent health & safety compliance
* Liaise with the project team and client representatives
* Keep accurate site records and progress reports
* Drive quality throughout the project
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment, restoration, façade, cladding or heritage projects
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Immediately available
