Freelance Site Manager – Shop Fitting – Perth
Start: Immediate
Duration: Eight weeks
Rate: To be agreed depending on experience
Clarkson Owens Recruitment is looking for an experienced freelance Site Manager to oversee a shop fitting contract in Perth.
You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Responsibilities

Manage trades, subcontractors and daily site activities.
*
Coordinate deliveries and materials to maintain progress.
*
Monitor workmanship against drawings and specifications.
*
Maintain health and safety standards and site records.
*
Liaise with the project team and oversee snagging and handover.
Requirements
*
Previous Site Manager experience on shop fitting or retail fit-out projects.
*
Strong organisational and subcontractor management skills.
*
SMSTS, a relevant CSCS card and First Aid certification.
*
Available to start immediately and commit to the eight-week contract
