Our client is an award winning housebuilder, working on new build developments and major regeneration schemes. They are well known for delivering quality homes.
Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced site manager for one of the largest residential developers. You will be reporting into a Project Manager on site, you will be responsible for the management of internals. Managing from 1st fix through to handover.
Must have experience delviering residential blocks from start to finish.
Must have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid and must be able to provide references
