Site Manager
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initial 8 Weeks – Potential Long-Term Work
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a national facilities management and engineering services provider, overseeing roofing works at the headquarters of a major global organisation in Epsom, Surrey.
The initial project will involve an 8-week programme managing roof resealing and guttering works, with the potential to progress onto an additional two wings.
The role:

Manage the day-to-day delivery of roof resealing and guttering works.
*
Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
*
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
*
Manage RAMS, site inductions and toolbox talks.
*
Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records.
*
Use Procore for site reporting and project documentation.
*
Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team.
*
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety throughout the works.
Requirements:
*
Previous Site Management experience.
*
Experience managing roofing, refurbishment or similar works would be advantageous.
*
Procore experience is essential.

CSCS Black Card
*
First Aid at Work
*
Strong subcontractor management and Health & Safety experience.
*
Available to start at short notice.
