Site Manager – Fit-Out
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Rate: £300 per day CIS
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until March 2027
Project: Logistics Park Fit-Out
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading facilities management and engineering services provider, supporting the delivery of a fit-out project at a large logistics park in Ipswich.
The position is starting ASAP and is expected to run until March 2027.
The role:

Manage the day-to-day delivery of fit-out works on site.
*
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered in line with the programme.
*
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across the project.
*
Review and manage RAMS, site inductions and toolbox talks.
*
Monitor quality, progress and site activities.
*
Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team.
*
Maintain accurate site records and reporting using Procore.
*
Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard.
Requirements:
*
Previous Site Management experience on fit-out projects.
*
Procore experience is essential.
*
SMSTS
*
CSCS Black Card
*
First Aid at Work
*
Strong subcontractor management and Health & Safety experience.
*
Available to start at short notice.
