Description:
Our client is a main contractor who specialise across the commercial interior design and fit out & refurbishment sectors.
We are currently assisting them with their search for a freelance number one Site Manager for a project located in Swindon.
The role will involve overseeing a 4 storey self storage unit, steel frame & cladding with a value of £6m located in Swindon, you will be the number one on site with a visiting Project Manager and as the job progresses you will have the support of a foreman. The project is due to last for 11 months.
To be considered you will need an up to date CSCS card, SMSTS and First aid.
