Description:
We are looking for a Main Contractor’s Site Manager for a £75m, 189 unit, new-build Passivhaus development in Deptford comprised of 121 affordable rent and 68 shared ownership units in three eight-storey, RC frame mansion blocks, due to start coming out of the ground in August.
This is to be one of the largest single-phase Passivhaus projects in the UK so the role would best suit an ambitious, career-minded manager with ten or more years’ experience who would benefit from the opportunity of working for a successful, family-owned firm that can offer great prospects on a healthy forward pipeline of work all within the M25.
Reporting to the scheme’s Project Manager, the successful candidate will act as their presence out on site, responsible for the oversight of subcontractors across all construction phases from frame construction to fit out and handover, gaining invaluable experience of building to internationally accredited standards of energy efficiency, sustainability and indoor air quality.
With employment commencement hoped foraround the end of July, interviews are available in w/c 24th June and salary is a competitive £50k to £60k + package
