Description:

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a world renown and award-winning FM Company. They are expanding and enhancing their teams on site at one of their key accounts are looking for a Site Manager to join a Commercial project in Central London.

We are looking for a manager to oversee the H&S, labour, and M&E packages on site.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Oversee both the Mechanical and Electrical installation on site.

* Manage all Civil & Groundwork labour on site.

* Liaise with key stakeholders and clients including frequent updates on the progress of the project.

* Promote strict Health & Safety rules on site.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day.

Pay £275-£300 Per day (CIS).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

* Relevant trade background (NVQ)

* Experience managing groundwork's and civils projects

* Enhanced DBS

* SMSTS or SMSTS

* First-Aid (desired)

* Temporary works certificate (desired)
