Permanent Site Manager – Central Belt Scotland
EDM Group are recruiting on behalf of one of our long-term partners for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, covering projects across the Central Belt of Scotland.

We’re looking for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in fit-out and refurbishment, who has successfully delivered projects ranging from approximately £500k to £5m.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
You will work closely with clients, subcontractors and project teams while managing multiple subcontractors on site and ensuring all site processes and documentation are maintained to a high standard.
The Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager within fit-out and refurbishment
* Proven experience delivering projects valued between £500k–£5m
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project costs
* Trade background, preferably joinery or a similar construction trade
* Experience managing 3–4 subcontractors simultaneously
* Strong understanding of construction health & safety requirements
* Ability to ensure all H&S paperwork, RAMS and site processes are maintained and adhered to
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
* Full UK driving licence
