Description:
I am currently recruiting a site manager for a new civil and infrastructure package being delivered in Oxfordshire. My client are one of the UK's most prestigious civil engineering contractors. The scope of works that the scheme will involve will include highways, earthworks, public realm works and utilities.
Site manager responsibilities:
* Working alongside the project management team to ensure the project is hitting goals and deadlines set.
* Ensuring health and safety compliance.
* Managing quality control and assurance.
* Liaising with subcontractors and the client on a daily basis.
* Managing paperwork.
* Record keeping.
* Site inductions.
* Progress reports.
* Site supervision.
* Reporting to project director.
Site manager requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* CSCS card - Gold or Black.
* SMSTS/SSSTS.
* First aid ticket.
* NRSWA ticket.
* Previous experience with highways, earthworks, civil, and utilities.
* Full UK driving licence.
