Are you a highly experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional construction projects? We are seeking a talented individual to lead the construction of a Warehouse Refurbishment.

Role Overview:

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities related to the refurb of the warehouse. Working closely with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders, you will ensure that the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all aspects of the construction site, including site logistics, health and safety, and subcontractor coordination.

* Develop and implement detailed construction programs and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.

* Monitor progress against established milestones and proactively identify and address any issues or delays.

* Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.

* Manage and motivate site staff and subcontractors to achieve project objectives and maintain high standards of workmanship.

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.

* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and documentation of any changes or variations to the project scope.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build construction projects, preferably within the refurb sector.

* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

* Thorough knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.

* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.

* Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.

The project site is located in Lymington, offering easy access to the town centre and surrounding areas.
