Site Manager – Biggin Hill

Our client are a leading contractor with sites in and around Kent, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a supermarket extension & refurbishment in Biggin Hill. This position will be night shifts & lasting 8-10 weeks

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

Ordering of Labour

*

Ordering of Plant Chairing & attending weekly meetings

*

Ordering of Materials

*

Identify and resolve any issues with the project

*

To be a point of contact for our client.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS & Black Card

*

Driving License (preferred not essential)

*

Strong work ethic

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Experience in retail extensions/refurbishments
