Freelance Site Manager - Commercial Office Fit Out
Location: Nottingham
Rate: £280-£300 per day
Duration: Freelance Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a £1m commercial office fit out project in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial fit out and refurbishment, ideally with previous experience delivering office fit out projects. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring the project is delivered safely and to programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day running of the site.
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities.
Driving the programme and ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Carrying out site inspections and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Managing site paperwork, RAMS, inductions and toolbox talks.
Liaising with the project team and reporting on progress.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Manager within the fit out and refurbishment sector.
Strong commercial office fit out experience.
Experience managing projects of a similar nature and value.
SMSTS.
CSCS Card.
First Aid qualification.
