Optima Site Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a prestigious high-end external cyclical decorations project in Marylebone, London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor working on premium residential and commercial properties, delivering high-quality external refurbishment and decoration works.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the site
* Oversee high-end external cyclical decoration works
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives
* Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest standards
* Maintain site health and safety compliance
* Conduct site inspections and quality checks
* Liaise with clients, residents, and project stakeholders
* Complete and maintain all required site documentation
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of Site Manager experience
* Experience managing high-end external cyclical decorations projects
* Valid SMSTS Certificate
* Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
* CSCS Card
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good understanding of health and safety regulations
* Ability to manage programmes and deliver projects on time
