Description:
Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced Internal Site Manager for a construction project with an established building contractor.
This role will focus on managing internal construction and fit-out works, ensuring all activities are completed safely, to the required quality standards and in line with the project programme. The successful candidate will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and maintain high standards of health and safety throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day internal construction and fit-out activities.
*
Manage subcontractors, trades and site operatives.
*
Monitor quality, workmanship and programme deadlines.
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
*
Coordinate materials, resources and site logistics.
*
Carry out inspections and maintain accurate site records.
*
Liaise with the wider project team to resolve site issues.
Essential Requirements:
*
Valid SMSTS certificate.
*
Valid CSCS card.
*
In-date First Aid certificate.
*
Current BPSS clearance.
*
Previous experience managing internal construction or fit-out packages.
*
Strong organisational and communication skills.
