Job Opportunity – Site Manager
Location: London
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: Approximately 2 years remaining
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a long-term project in London.
Scope of Works:
Generator replacement
New switchgear installation
Coordinating site logistics
Managing Health & Safety
General site management duties and overseeing day-to-day site operations
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years' experience working as a Site Manager
Must hold a valid SMSTS certificate – SSSTS alone will not be accepted.
Relevant construction management qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent.
Relevant Health & Safety knowledge and experience managing site operations.
Experience with electrical installations, generator replacements and switchgear works would be highly beneficial.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
