SITE MANAGER - FELTHAM
Location: Feltham
Start Date: Monday 5th October 2026
Duration: 8 weeks
Rate: TBC
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for an 8-week warehouse refurbishment project in Feltham.
The works comprise general refurbishment and remedial works to an existing industrial unit.
The works include:
External and internal building fabric works
M&E upgrades
WC improvements
Flooring works
Roof repairs
Testing and certification
Associated making good
Requirements:
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Previous experience managing industrial / warehouse refurbishment projects
Strong site management and coordination skills
Able to manage subcontractors and keep the project on programme
