Description:
Site Manager required to join the construction team on a prestigious country estate building project which involves refurbishment, new build and extensive external works. The Site Manager will work alongside the Senior Site Manager to oversee the external works which will entail a large amount of landscaping.
The external areas around the building are to be landscaped to an extremely high quality, in keeping with the estate on this multi-million pound project which is scheduled to run for the next two years. The Site Manager will be the 'eyes and ears' with regard to the quality of the external works and must be experienced in general site-wide services, trenching and landscaping.
SMSTS and First Aid required as well as a Site Manager level CSCS Card.
The advertised rate-range is for guidance only, the main contractor are willing to negotiate a day or hourly rate, more essentially they are seeking the right candidate who will engage with the team and fully invest their skills and experience to deliver a high quality project.
The project location is Conholt, near Andover
