Job Title: Site Manager - External Refurbishment Specialist (3 Positions Available)
Location: Commutable (within 1 hour) distance of Bradford/Halifax

Overview: Are you ready to make a difference? We're looking for three dedicated individuals to be part of our team as Site-Based External Refurbishment Specialists. You'll play a crucial role in external refurbishment projects for Together Housing Group and social housing association. If you have experience in social housing, renewable technologies, and ideally External Wall Insulation (EWI), we want you!
Responsibilities:
Participate in external refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Collaborate with project teams to coordinate efforts effectively on-site.
Implement social housing policies and practices in refurbishment projects.
Utilize renewable technologies where applicable to enhance sustainability.
Ideally, contribute expertise in External Wall Insulation (EWI) projects.Minimum Qualification Requirements:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
First Aid certification.
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.Desired Skills and Experience:
Prior experience in social housing projects, with a focus on external refurbishment.
Knowledge of renewable technologies and their application in housing projects.
Familiarity with External Wall Insulation (EWI) techniques and best practices.
