Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment
Location: North West – predominantly Manchester and surrounding areas
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum DOE
Package: Full benefits package + company van

Recruit 360 are currently working with an established and growing contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role will involve managing projects across the North West, predominantly within Manchester and the surrounding areas, delivering a range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
The successful candidate will ideally have a strong background in CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-outs, with experience managing refurbishment schemes from initial site set-up and strip-out through to completion and final handover.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of projects, including:
Managing CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out projects
Overseeing commercial refurbishment schemes
Managing warehouse and industrial refurbishment projects
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site teams
Managing programmes and ensuring key deadlines are achieved
Overseeing M&E coordination and internal finishing packages
Managing drylining, ceilings, flooring, decorating and final finishes
Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
Ensuring RAMS and Health & Safety procedures are adhered to
Attending client and progress meetings
Maintaining high standards of quality control
Managing snagging works
Driving projects through to successful completion and handover
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
* Strong CAT A and/or CAT B fit-out experience
* Experience delivering commercial refurbishment projects
* Warehouse or industrial refurbishment experience would be highly advantageous
* Strong subcontractor management experience
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* Ability to manage projects independently
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance
* A track record of delivering projects safely, on programme and to a high standard
Qualifications
Ideally, candidates will hold:
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
