I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager for their major residential scheme in North London. This scheme consists of a mixture of RC frame apartments and traditional build houses.
As a Site Manager, you will be working on the traditional build houses, overseeing units from 1st fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for driving the scheme, managing the sequencing of works, dealing with NHBC, managing health and safety on site, managing sub-contractors on site and reporting into the Project Manager. The ideal candidate must have house building/residential experience and be able to work to tight deadlines.
You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate and the contract length is minimum 6 months.
