Description:
Working with a well known recogned national house builder on one of their up and comin developments in Trowbridge. The project is due to start in the next 12 weeks and will have 3 - 4 years initially to run. There are over 200 plots on the development and potential for further phases.
As mentioned site will start in the next 12 weeks so this requirement will be a fairly quick turnaround. The opportunity is on the books, permanent and you will you be required on site in Trowbridge Monday to Friday.
As above you will be running a large residential project so having expereince in this is essential. The contractor are looking for a highly motivated & experienced site manager. Who idealy would have several PIJ Awards to their name.
