Start Date: Monday 13th July

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a £1.5m industrial refurbishment project in Wokingham, commencing Monday 13th July.
This is a full refurbishment scheme including:
Roof refurbishment
Internal strip-out
Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)
Decorating and finishing works
Full site management from start to completion
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while managing subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
Proven experience delivering industrial refurbishment projects
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
Ability to manage programmes and coordinate multiple trades
SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work
Excellent health & safety knowledge
Strong communication and organisational skills
