Site Manager - M&E Fit-Out
Location: CW7 2JZ
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing / project-based
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to start ASAP on a project in the CW7 area.
The successful candidate must have a strong background managing M&E fit-out projects, with particular experience overseeing mechanical insulation works.
Key requirements:
Proven Site Manager experience
Strong M&E fit-out background
Experience managing mechanical insulation works
Confident coordinating mechanical trades and subcontractors
Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance
Able to manage programme, quality and progress on site
Relevant SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
