Site Manager

Are you an experienced Site Manager? Are you looking for work in ASAP?

A commercial build and facilities management company is looking for a Site Manager to run multiple projects across Scotland including Aberdeen, Glasgow and Dalkeith. The right candidate must have experience of working across a variety of sectors and looking after sites from pre construction stage to completion. The right candidate must have experience in Minor Works FM.

Work is to start immediately on a 3-6 month contract.

The Role

Monday to Friday
£450 per day umbrella- negotiable for the right person.
Predominantly site based work, however opportunity to work from home or office based when possible.
Across Aberdeen, Glasgow and Dalkeith
ASAP start.
6 months of work plus. Responsibilities

Possess a proven track record in delivering complex commercial projects.
Projects across commercial and facilities management such as retail, M&E, air conditioning, cladding and industrial units.
PM or role experience and evidence of track record of delivery of multiple projects between £50k
up to £5m
H&S knowledge and experience in Construction.
Experience of managing Client facing Project Works.
Lead and inspire a multi-skilled team and set the tone for large projects.
Communicating and liaising with clients.
Running projects at pre construction stage.
Take charge of all aspects of project delivery

Requirements

Project delivery experience to make sure we meet high quality and safety standards.
Experience in construction.
DBS minimum Security clearance.
Airport ID gateway (Blue Badge) may be required.
5 year reference of employment.
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates.
Strong communication skills to manage, mentor and empower your team.
The confidence and credibility to liaise with business leaders.
