Site Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to manage a team of 6 engineers across the Northwest. We are looking for an assertive, organised individual who can manage a busy workload managing the Northwest site. Working Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm paying a competitive range based in Leigh.

What will you be doing as a Site Manager ?

You will be managing the northwest account of approximately (Apply online only) clients across England and Ireland
Managing a team of 6 engineers
Ensuring that job sheets are completed, jobs are booked out and the diaries are working efficiently with the needs of the business
Liaison with contractors for parts and new quotes
Problem solving
Ensuring that quotes are accurate, marring up again supplier invoices
Prioritising a busy workload ensuring that each engineer has 7 - 8 jobs booked out on a daily basis
Managing clients expectations working within an SLA agreement
Using an electronic system to book out jobs
Carrying out service reviews with clients
Arranging for broken equipment to be collected from clients
Organising cable and oil changes on equipment every 6 years

We are looking for an assertive, enthusiastic, robust candidate who has experience managing a busy workload. You will have had previous experience in planning or scheduling, meeting client expectations and also problem solving.
You will be a strong team player with a strong work ethic
You will have strong IT skills and able to navigate systems effectively
Any experience within the engineering, transport, hydraulics, would be advantageous
