Description:
Orchard Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a regional contractor to appoint a Site Manager, for a high rise student accommodation scheme in Sheffield.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in multi room/student accommodation, and will of ran similar high rise schemes in excess of £25m in a Site Managers position.
This project is just coming out of the ground so you'll have full exposure from the frame all the way through to internal fit out and finishing.

* H&S
* RAMS
* Overseeing the build programme
* Management of certain packages
* Management of sub-contractors & Trades
* Inductions
* Director updates
* Attending progress meetings
* Permits
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, as well as the above relevant experience on high rise/multi room schemes.
