Optio Resourcing is partnering with a retail fit-out contractor to appoint a Site Manager for projects across the Midlands.
The Role:
* Leading on-site delivery of retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes
* Managing subcontractors, programme, and site logistics
* Building strong working relationships with client and site teams
* Maintaining quality, H&S, and RAMS compliance throughout
* Delivering projects to programme within live retail environments
About You:
* Solid retail construction/fit-out site management experience
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold/White), and First Aid at Work essential
* Strong communicator, comfortable managing pressured programmes
* Full UK driving licence, willing to travel across the Midlands
