Site Manager (SM) - School Refurbishment Project
Pay Rate: £29.00-£32.00 per hour
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced school refurbishment project.
Project Details:
Start Date: Friday 17th July
Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (through to the end of August)
Working Pattern: Weekend work is likely to ensure the project is completed before the new school term.Scope of Works:
External refurbishment works including:
Car park improvements
Footpath works
Internal refurbishment works including:
Toilet refurbishment
Nursery refurbishmentRequirements:
Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within education or refurbishment environments.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
DBS is essential.
