Description:
My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on the refurbishment of a student accommodation block in Hampshire.
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing trades as units are modified. The refurbishments vary from general repairs, kitchen & bathroom replacements and full strip-outs and re-fits. You will have experience managing refurbishment schemes previously working for a main contractor.
To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
This Site Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis over the summer period for approximately 8-10 weeks.
