Site Manager – Refurbishment, New Build & Maintenance
£45,000 - £50,000 + Package
West London / M4 Corridor
We are working with a well-established construction contractor based in West London who is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.
The business delivers a diverse range of projects including refurbishment, small new build and maintenance works, with project values ranging from £200k to £4m. Projects are located predominantly along the M4 Corridor, requiring flexibility to travel from West London through to South Wales when required.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who enjoys variety and wants to work on a broad mix of construction projects rather than being tied to a single sector.
The Role
* Managing projects from site set-up through to completion
* Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
* Maintaining high standards of quality throughout the build process
* Liaising with clients, consultants and senior management
* Managing site documentation and reporting requirements
Project Types
* Commercial refurbishment
* Building maintenance projects

* Internal and external alteration works
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
* Experience delivering refurbishment projects is essential
* Exposure to new build and maintenance works would be advantageous
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel across the M4 Corridor, including West London, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Bristol and South Wales

* £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary
