Description:
We are looking for a Site Manager who has experience in supermarket shopfitting to work on an Externals project in Castle Douglas.
Position: Site Manager
Location: Castle Douglas, Dumfries
Pay: £260 per day
13th May – End of July
Mon – Fri: 8am – 6pm
Role and Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate all the activity on site, including organising schedule of work
* Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients when necessary
* Ensure all progress of the project is reported back effectively
* Co-ordinate site activity
* Organise the schedule of work
* Ensure a delivery of quality service is maintained
Experience and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety
* SMSTS certificate
* Experience with site management on projects in the retail sector
* First Aid qualified
* Hold a CSCS card (Managers)
* Asbestos Awareness
* Tesco Construction certificate
* Effective management skills
* Experience within the fit-out retail sector is essential for this role
