Site Manager
Location: Oldham (Travel Required)
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with experience in joinery, fit-out or refurbishment projects to join a successful business delivering high-quality commercial, hospitality, retail and leisure projects across the UK.
The Role
* Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
* Monitor programme, quality and site progress.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers and project teams.
* Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
About You
* Previous experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry is essential.
* Experience delivering joinery, fit-out or refurbishment projects is highly desirable.
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel and work nationwide where required.
